Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Clearance items (items 50% off or more) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for this payment to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within above time frame, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
